Welcome to my portfolio! I am CX content strategist at AT&T with a MA in technical writing and an anthropology BA from the University of North Texas. I have experience in:

To kick off my career, I completed a year-long internship with Smithsonian Folkways as a sales and marketing intern. Here, I developed my love for content strategy, content management, and social media. Not only did this internship combine my two loves, music and content, it helped define my career path.

Since then, I have worked with Hilton, United Way of Tarrant County, and Toyota. Thanks to my current and past opportunities and the amazing people I worked with, I have a holistic perspective of content strategy, allowing me to solve complex content problems with AT&T as a CX Content Strategist.

Because of the interdisciplinary nature of content strategy, I love this industry and the interesting challenges it involves. I’m constantly learning something and applying my creativity in new and exciting ways!

Outside of my job, I love traveling, hiking, swimming, trying to learn Hindi, drinking a good sangria or espresso, writing short stories, going to concerts, playing my violin, and cooking!
